Born in a village in the province of Brescia in 1956, Gueggia began to exhibit his work from an early age.
He has set up several solo exhibitions in various Italian locations and has participated in numerous national and international competitions achieving critical acclaim and getting significant awards, including the Agazzi Prize in Strasbourg, France, and chosen to represent Italy in the European Council's.
